The balloon whisk has a wider 8" circumference which is ideal for beating air into light ingredients such as egg whites and cream with minimal effort. It has 8 strong stainless steel wires, 6" in length, which can whip up the airiest meringues and creams or to finish any blending more quickly than a cumbersome mixer.
The high tensile strength steel wire holds its shape and snaps back in place as you whip. More movement in wires creates a stronger whipping action allowing more mixing with less effort.
The perfectly weighted handle is 4" long and 3" round with a solid steel grip. It is completely sealed to prevent food from seeping in where the wire and handle connect. This ensures a sanitary cooking environment.
